- The
development site has excellent frontage on the road leading into the Hyderabad Information
Technology and Engineering Consultancy (HITEC) city area. It is also about 3 kms from the Hyderabad International Trade Expositions Limited
(HITEX) and Hyderabad
International Convention Centre (HICC). Since the site is located near the
entrance point to HITEC city near by “Cyber Tower” & “Cyber Gateway”, it
has an excellent vantage point in terms of office and IT complexes in the HITEC
area and also in relation to the HITEX
& HICC infrastructure.

company for this project.

Advancement, Tourism and Culture (PMU) Department, (“YAT&C(PMU)D”) GoAP under Public Private
Partnership (PPP) mode on Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis.
- The Overall Build Up area For the Project is 1.2 million Sq feet containing 545 total rooms.
